Prof. Dr. Taylan Akdoğan appears as a guest on Habertürk TV’s "Teke Tek Bilim"

Prof. Dr. Taylan Akdoğan, a member of our Faculty of Engineering at Özyeğin University, appeared as a guest on Habertürk TV’s Teke Tek Bilim hosted by Fatih Altaylı on Monday, December 19.

The program explored fusion energy and technology. Prof. Dr. Taylan Akdoğan discussed whether or not nuclear fusion can be used to generate clean and unlimited energy. Akdoğan also remarked that it would take some time to bring nuclear fusion to a level to generate electricity, and it was a process. Prof. Dr. Akdoğan shared his views on eliminating the cost of energy through nuclear fusion.

Akdoğan was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Sertaç Öztürk from Istinye University and Mehmet Doğan, an energy expert, at the program.
